| Question1: |
Do I have to go to APC in person if I choose to submit my application to APC? |

| Answer: |
A representative can bring your passport, required documents, and receipts to the APC to be processed. The passport and a sealed envelope with a password will be returned to the representative. |
| |
| Question2: |
Why are some of my documents put inside of the envelope while other documents that I brought are not? |

| Answer: |
Documents inside the envelope are REQUIRED. Other documents are considered useful in case the Consular Officer asks to see them. |

| Question3: |
If the passport is a required document, why is it not put inside of the envelope? |

In between the time you submit your application and your appointment date, you may need to travel. Having your passport outside the envelope will enable you to use it without needing to open your envelope. |
